EvolvdFit provides personalised diet plans, training programs, and progress tracking tools. EvolvdFit is operated by [YOUR LIMITED COMPANY NAME], registered in England and Wales (company number [NUMBER]). By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to use EvolvdFit.
Your training programs, diet plans, recipes and check-in feedback are generated automatically using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide. They are not written or individually reviewed by a human coach, dietitian or medical professional before you receive them. AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or unsuitable suggestions, so use your own judgement: if a prescribed exercise, portion size or calorie target doesn't feel right for you, don't follow it, and get in touch or speak to a qualified professional. Never continue an exercise that causes pain.
We don't guarantee any specific results. Fitness and body composition outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how closely you follow your plan, your consistency, genetics, sleep, stress, medical conditions and lifestyle. Any examples or testimonials we share are individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
EvolvdFit provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, and we are not healthcare professionals. Consult your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You use the plans at your own risk and are responsible for training safely and within your own limits.
EvolvdFit is a £11.99 per month subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Profile page; you'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We may change pricing with reasonable notice — changes take effect from your next billing period.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from signing up to cancel and receive a refund. Because EvolvdFit gives you immediate access to your personalised plans, by subscribing you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once your plans have been generated and delivered. If you subscribe but haven't yet generated any plans, you can email us within 14 days for a full refund. We may still offer a refund outside these circumstances at our discretion — if something's gone wrong, contact us and we'll try to put it right. Nothing here affects your legal rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
We aim to keep EvolvdFit available and working, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including issues with the third-party platforms we rely on. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information in your fitness profile, since your plans are built from it. One account per person; accounts and subscriptions are not transferable.
Be respectful in the Community area. Don't post anything abusive, misleading, or unlawful, and don't share other people's private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans, recipes, exercise content, and app design belong to EvolvdFit. Your subscription gives you personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the content.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or indirect losses arising from your use of the plans. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
